What is Clari Copilot?

Clari Copilot helps revenue teams win revenue-critical moments.

Clari Copilot’s conversation intelligence platform gives reps and managers tools to compete, spot revenue leak, and close deals. It offers:

  • Real-time battlecards and monologue alerts, so reps can navigate objections with ease and learn from winning behavior. And managers can track rep performance without 100s of hours of call shadowing.

  • Deal-changing insights like potential blockers, competitor mentions, and next steps, without having to listen to call recordings and keep track of multiple dashboards to know where a deal is in the sales process.

  • A RevGPT feature that automates busywork, with formatted call summaries, next steps, and suggested actions, in Slack. The feature can also be used to transform lengthy enablement material into concise battlecards.

  • Clari Copilot is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and GDPR ready, so it can operate with enterprise grade security. Users can manage their org with role-based access, single sign on, and active recording consent.

  • Clari Copilot integrates with dialers (e.g., Outreach, Aircall, HubSpot, RingCentral), video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, GoToMeeting) and CRMs (e.g., SalesForce, PipeDrive, HubSpot) to bring all the intelligence together.

Wingman helps me ensure I don't miss product requests and follow up items for my customers, helps to ensure what was said by the customer is clearly conveyed back to product and engineering and as a learning platform.
  • Call recordings
  • Snippets
  • Transcript
  • Viewing recording can be fuzzy
  • Searching calls doesn't always show all results
  • Cleaner UI
Great for sales and customer experience to log feature requests and customer to dos, as well as sending back to the customer in regards to workshops/training sessions, etc.

We use Wingman to record our sales calls, analyze sales to customer engagement and create actionable items that deliver a higher sales volume. There is no more trying to say the right thing when we can automatically present the right words to the salesperson. This data is then funneled to our outside sales team to verify engagement and make sure we are providing the best value, but also customer service that we can.
  • Wingman offers real-time coaching about what the customer is saying and what you SHOULD be saying to close more deals.
  • Wingman allows us the ability to collaborate through a number of integrations.
  • We can do Call Playback to analyze calls, and provide better training.
  • I think that a benefit would be to integrate with some ERPs to provide real-time customer quotes, sales, and revenue details.
If you have any type of sales position where people are taking calls from customers, Wingman is an invaluable asset. It can help guide your team to provide a better experience for the customer, feel more confident in the message they are delivering, and ultimately close more sales than ever before.

Wingman is used in our organization to record our client-based as well as internal meetings. It perfectly works as our notetaker and helps us remember key points. The desktop application they have is a little buggy and sometimes stops responding but is really helpful in bookmarking the call for important items that were discussed.
  • Transcription
  • Search key words and pointers that were discussed
  • Bookmarking at certain time on the call
  • Desktop application for MacOS
  • Transcription
Best suited for Sales and Customer Interactions where key points are discussed.

We record most all external conversations with prospects and clients. We use it for sales training, and cross-functional work (once we are ready to pass information to a different department), as well as internally when we want to record conversations to be shared with colleagues that might not be able to part take in the call.
  • Ease of use/implementation
  • Superb customer success team
  • Good pricing
  • Listening to customers
  • Action on customer feedback
  • Transcriptions
Well suited for companies looking for a video recording platform (no matter the size of the company).

We use Wingman to record all of our Zoom meetings with clients and customers. Wingman allows us to capture the details of our meetings and presentations without having to take notes during the meeting. We simply refer back to the Wingman recording later and pull out the key details. Wingman's accelerated view (e.g. watch in 2x speed) is great for reviewing later.
  • Records each person in the meeting.
  • Creates a transcript of the dialog.
  • Clear video of meeting participants and presentation screen.
  • Supports accelerated playback.
  • I don't know if Wingman works only with Zoom, but would be good if it also worked with Teams and Meets.
Capturing all the discussion details of a meeting so we don't have to take notes during the meeting!
Providing high-quality video to view the body language of others in the meeting.
High-quality video of demonstration or presentation.
Easy to forward info to a colleague.
Accelerated review - watch a 30-minute meeting in 15 or fewer minutes.

We use Wingman to record most of our meetings and all customer demonstrations. This allows us to quickly recap meeting notes and action items without having to take notes. Viewing the demonstration with the Wingman video or reading the transcript Wingman creates, we can critique team members' presentations and demonstration skills or conduct post-mortem meetings.
  • High quality video capture of Zoom meetings.
  • Accurate speech to text conversion.
  • Allow playback of recordings at variable speeds.
  • We would like to use Wingman for more applications.
Great for meeting recaps and notes, sales and presentation training, and employee training.

The only way to get better at your sales outreach is to analyse your mistakes and take action on it. We have 'call listening sessions' every week for SDRs and AEs where we nominate some of our calls we feel others could learn from, and Wingman helps a lot with it. The analysis of the calls also helps in action points. 3 of our reps need to work on their talk/listen ratio, and realised this because of Wingman.
  • Never fails to join a Zoom call.
  • The UI/UX is easy to use.
  • Pricing is competitive.
  • Their product team takes customer feedback seriously.
  • The transcription of Indian English accent could be better.
Go for Wingman if you have a small sales team and you've just started to build out processes for sales enablement. It's also cheaper than most other alternatives. Don't go for Wingman if you have the budget for well-established players like Gong, Chorus, etc.

Our sales team uses Wingman as a transcription and recording tool. It also provides cue cards, action items, helps review calls, and provides suggestions. All in all, it has made the sales team's lives very easy.
  • Transcription of call.
  • Connection with CRM and providing sales pipeline overview.
  • Providing call insights.
  • Including various accents since a lot is lost if people have a different accent.
For management to see call logs and listen to call recordings, for the team to have the call and not focus on taking notes, action items being displayed to the sales rep during the call basis the conversations, pending items that are yet to be discussed on calls.

It's critical to revisit previous conversations as a lot of contexts get lost while translating to notes in SF; Wingman makes it easy to revisit conversations and plan subsequent meetings; It's easy to search by keywords, participants, and accounts. It also allows you to tag teammates, making it an effective training tool.
  • Transcripts for quick review of the call (in case you missed/didn't understand something).
  • Mapping critical events/context.
  • Easy to find relevant calls.
  • Tag and comment for teammates.
  • A prompt to add next steps/action items after a call (helps get things done in the flow of work).
  • Make it easier to push a summary/notes into SF/CRM.
Very useful for any client interfacing role. Context on calls is very important. It is especially useful if you're managing a large portfolio of accounts and it is easy to lose track of conversations.

I use it almost every day. Being a consultant, I have to go on client calls and having Wingman on the call for note-making and recording really helps to recall and later send minutes of the meeting to the client. It eliminated the need for note-making and ensured anytime access to any call recordings. With 3 back to back client calls almost every day, Wingman has made it easier to make notes, manage tasks and action items!
  • Makes recording sharing easier via link. Also provides an option to trim and send snippets of recordings.
  • Integration with Google ensures that Wingman is added on all external client calls without the extra effort of enabling recording every time.
  • Can easily filter out recordings with keywords.
  • Sensing action items and preparing a separate list for it.
Well recommended for client roles and meeting intensive job roles. A must for remote working setup!
